PFR KOFFI invests in local and international Venture Capital fund managers that can bring significant know-how and smart money to Polish companies.

PFR KOFFI is dedicated to Venture Capital funds focused on investing in innovative companies in the growth or expansion stage.

The programme will particularly focus on supporting local management teams that specialise in or would like to start investing at a later stage (post-seed rounds). The investment strategy should focus on companies from Poland.

The maximum investment of PFR KOFFI in one VC fund is PLN 80 million (up to 60% of the fund size). An important change in the programme is the emergence of asymmetry in profit distribution in favour of private investors (multiplier max. 1.5x) and the reduction of the level of private contribution to 40%.
