Financial market expert with 20+ experience in public administration, financial market institutions (Bank Guarantee Fund, The Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Central Securities Depository of Poland) and financial market supervisory authorities (The Polish Financial Supervision Authority). In 2006-2016 he was a manager at the Ministry of Finance’s Department of the Financial Market Development responsible for creating legislative framework and managing legislative processes regarding all financial market regulations at the European and domestic level (including negotiations and implementation of, inter alia: CRD, BRRD, MIFID, AIFMD, Solvency II, PSD, DGSD). During the Poland’s presidency in the European Union he managed the area of the financial market. For many years he had been responsible for managing operational services of the Financial Market Development Council and the Financial Stability Committee.
Recently, he has been engaged in restructuring activities in the banking sector. Currently, an advisor on obtaining funds and sustainable development.
