Manager with experience in the banking sector (including business transformation and innovation implementation).
She specialises in business transformation, innovation implementation, and building diverse teams. In recent years, she has been associated with Nest Bank – serving as Vice-President (2022–2024) and Member of the Management Board (2020–2022). Previously, she held positions at Santander Bank Polska and Ernst & Young. She holds a PhD in Economics (SGH – Warsaw School of Economics), lectures at SWPS University, and has completed the Personal Leadership Programme at the ICAN Institute. She also holds a Global Executive MBA degree from the French business school INSEAD.
