The Supervisory Board of PFR Ventures appoints new Management Board


The Supervisory Board of PFR Ventures has appointed Karolina Mitraszewska as President of the Management Board and Rozalia Urbanek as Member of the Management Board, with effect from 3 June 2025. The new Management Board of PFR Ventures will consist of three members. Aleksander Mokrzycki (in office since 2019) will continue to serve as Vice-President of the Management Board.
Karolina Mitraszewska is an experienced leader with 25 years of experience in the financial and advisory sectors. She specialises in business transformation, innovation implementation, and building diverse teams. In recent years, she has been associated with Nest Bank – serving as Vice-President (2022–2024) and Member of the Management Board (2020–2022). Previously, she held positions at Santander Bank Polska and Ernst & Young. She holds a PhD in Economics (SGH – Warsaw School of Economics), lectures at SWPS University, and has completed the Personal Leadership Programme at the ICAN Institute. She also holds a Global Executive MBA degree from the French business school INSEAD.
Rozalia Urbanek has been active in the investment market for 13 years. In recent years, she served as Investment Director at PFR Ventures (2018–2025). Prior to that, she worked at the private equity fund PineBridge Investments and at Ernst & Young. She holds a Master's degree in Finance from SGH and completed the CEMS Master’s in Management at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business)
Aleksander Mokrzycki has over 25 years of experience in the financial and asset management sectors. He has been Vice-President of PFR Ventures since 2019 and has been with the organisation since 2017. He previously worked at BPH TFI (2007–2017) and Bank BPH. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, holds the CFA designation and the Investment Adviser licence. He completed the Venture Capital programme at the University of California, Berkeley.
