Rozalia Urbanek appointed president of the Management Board of PFR Ventures
As of 1 June 2026, Rozalia Urbanek has assumed the position of President of the Management Board of PFR Ventures. On 29 May 2026, the company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution appointing her to the role. Aleksander Mokrzycki will continue to serve on the Management Board as Vice-President.
Rozalia Urbanek joined the Management Board of PFR Ventures on 3 June 2025 as Board Member responsible for investments and was appointed Acting President of the Management Board on 27 March 2026. Prior to that, she served as Investment Director at PFR Ventures. She has been associated with the company since 2018. Before joining PFR Ventures, she worked at private equity fund PineBridge Investments and at Ernst & Young. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and completed the CEMS Master’s in Management programme at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien).
Assuming the role of President of the Management Board of PFR Ventures is both a great honour and a significant responsibility. The Polish private equity and venture capital market is currently at a pivotal stage of development, and PFR Ventures’ role is to continue strengthening its potential.
