Changes to the Management Board of PFR Ventures
Rozalia Urbanek has been appointed Acting President of the Management Board of PFR Ventures. Following a resolution by the company’s Supervisory Board, she will assume the role on 27 March. Karolina Mitraszewska, the outgoing President of the Management Board, submitted her resignation effective 26 March. Aleksander Mokrzycki will continue to serve as Vice-President of the Management Board.

Rozalia Urbanek has been with PFR Ventures since 2017. She most recently served as a Member of the Management Board and was previously the company’s Investment Director. Before joining PFR Ventures, she worked at the private equity fund PineBridge Investments and at Ernst & Young. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and completed the CEMS Master’s in Management program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
