It indirectly supports the development of innovative companies with high growth potential, raises the level of professionalisation of the equity market, and reduces investment risk for investors by providing diversification at the level of the Fund of Funds (FoF) managed by PFR Ventures.

Financing
Institutional investors in Innovate Poland contribute funds to the fund of funds managed by PFR Ventures (hard commitment) and may co-invest with PFR Ventures directly in accredited funds (soft commitment).
Investment and accreditation
PFR Ventures conducts the investment process of the Innovate PL FoF, to which interested VC/PE/PD funds meeting the criteria of the Innovate Poland Programme may apply. Only funds that successfully complete this process will be able to receive funds under Innovate Poland and obtain Innovate Poland accreditation.
