About Innovate PL FoF | Serwis Spółki PFR Ventures

It indirectly supports the development of innovative companies with high growth potential, raises the level of professionalisation of the equity market, and reduces investment risk for investors by providing diversification at the level of the Fund of Funds (FoF) managed by PFR Ventures.

The programme aims to activate institutional investors to invest in Private Equity, Private Debt and Venture Capital funds.

Financing

The funds in the Innovate PL FoF program come from institutional investors. They contribute these funds to a fund of funds managed by PFR Ventures. At the same time, investors also commit to co-investment amounts (direct allocations under the Innovate Poland project).

Investment and accreditation

PFR Ventures is conducting the accreditation process for Innovate Poland, which is open to eligible PE/PD/VC funds that meet the criteria (see the “Presentation” section for more details). Only funds that successfully complete this process will be eligible to receive funding through Innovate PL FoF.
